SA-SE Lab Welcomes New Summer Interns for 2026 STEPS

We are excited to welcome Gia Rose Kleinschmit, Angelo Agarano, and Riley O'Bleness to the lab as 2026 STEPS Summer Interns. Gia, a senior year student, joins us from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Angelo, also a senior year student, joins us from University of Hawai'i at Manoa, while Riley, also a senior year student currently studying in Clemson University.  Throughout the summer, they will contribute to ongoing research investigating phosphorus dynamics in stormwater best management practices (BMPs), gaining hands-on experience in water quality research and environmental monitoring. We are delighted to have them on board and extend our sincere thanks to the STEPS Program for supporting this valuable research opportunity.
